Electronics Engineering Technology Program Coordinator (Academic Program Director)

Under the supervision of the dean, the program coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the Electronics Engineering Technology and Electrical Engineering transfer program. The coordinator teaches courses, designs and develops curriculum, hires and evaluates adjunct personnel, evaluates student performance, and advises students. Additionally, the coordinator maintains and ensures safe operation of all program labs.

• Oversee daily operations of the Electronics Engineering Technology and Electrical Engineering transfer program.
• Teach courses and design curriculum.
• Hire and evaluate adjunct staff.
• Assess student performance and provide academic advising.
• Maintain and safe‑operate all program laboratories.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible industry or teaching experience.
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering with 18 graduate hours in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• FE exam certification highly preferred.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function in an environment with continual changes in information technology.
