Quality Engineer

Our client, an aerospace manufacturer based out of Israel, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of their new facility, in the United States with the ability to wear various hats on a smaller team.

Pay Range: $100,000-$125,000/yearly

• Quality Manager within the programs across all quality aspects, from contract receipt to program completion.
• Participating in audits, writing quality plans, and monitoring execution.
• Leading and managing quality processes in aero-structure projects.
• Conducting internal quality audits within the program to verify compliance with customer requirements and company procedures, as well as preparation and support for external quality audits.
• Ensuring the company meets customer requirements.
• Managing quality processes (MRB, CAPA, failure investigation, etc.).

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MUST HAVE)
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control / Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry (worked with ISO (could be automotive or med device are industries they seem open to, or naval/submarines, metal, etc.)))
• Knowledge of composite materials – an advantage
• Familiarity with aviation standard AS9100 – an advantage
• Knowledge in CATIA – an advantage
• Excellent people skills
• Self-learning abilities
• Ability to manage, lead, and drive cross-organizational processes.
• Experience with multiple interfaces and collaborating with customers domestically and internationally

This is an onsite role. Must be local to Ladson, SC area.

MUST be US Citizen or Green Card Holder

MUST be able to travel to Republic of Georgia. 2 weeks max at a time. 1-2 trips for 2025.
