Serves as the Division’s Financial Leader and Strategic Partner for Physician Operation’s Leadership team. Interprets financial performance/results to identify opportunities to strengthen performance. Leads interactions and MORs for Division and Hospital Leadership. Responsible for the oversight of the Director of Revenue, Assistant Controller, and Financial Analysts. Responsible for the creation and/or validation of proformas related to acquisitions, provider recruitment, and new program development.

Provides strategic guidance and insight for projections, forecasting and budgeting.

• Position will report to the Division Vice President of Practice Operations.
• Will support 700+ providers, 145+ multi-specialty practice locations, 200M budget.
• The position will lead a team comprised of Director of Revenue Cycle, Controller, and four (4) Financial Analysts

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Partner with and provide strategic guidance to Division, hospitals and operational management through financial analysis, ad hoc reports, proformas and forecasts – including establishment of performance targets and operational execution to achieve targeted performance
