The teaching faculty will be flexible block schedule rounding with residents. There is an expectation to occasionally provide lectures to residents on Thursday half-day didactics.

Participation/attendance at resident educational activities and journal clubs is expected. Procedures aren't required and the hospital provides full specialty support.
