Emergency Medical Technician; EMT

Job Description Summary

Responsible for patient assessment, stabilization and preparation for transport of ill and injured patients.

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA)

36 scheduled weekly hours, rotating shift.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician in the State of South Carolina required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS), either AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers (or equivalent) or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
