Behavior Technician​/RBT

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Asheville, North Carolina. Services may be provided in clinic or Home and Community-based settings.

• Provide home, community and clinic services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Introduce safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers.
• Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seek out appropriate consultation.
• Collect behavior data including and record data in Central Reach after each session.
• Participate in training and clinical supervision.
• Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.

• Required:
  
  40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
• Required:
  
  Valid driver's license and transportation
• Preferred:
  High School Diploma, Bachelors or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification

• RBT Supervision
• BCBA Supervision

The physical demands described here are representative and not all inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand; using hands and fingers; lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.

• Travel between client's homes will be required.
• Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30pm.

Up to $26 hourly.
