As a Host at Lillian's Petite Market & Eatery, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth front‑of‑house operations while providing warm hospitality that embodies our community spirit.

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front‑of‑house area.
• Work closely with the servers and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
