Fin & Crab is looking for a passionate and driven Hospitality Manager to join our team in beautiful Charleston, SC! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and be a key part of a thriving hospitality operation.

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house hospitality operations to ensure seamless service
• Lead, train, and motivate hospitality staff to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction standards
• Manage reservations, guest relations, and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor and maintain quality control across food, beverage, and service delivery
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing levels, and labor management to meet business demands
• Collaborate with ownership on menu planning, events, and promotional initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management
• Food Handler's Certification or Serv Safe certification preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
