The Housekeeper plays a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and impeccablymaintainedenvironment for our guests. This position is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and public spaces meet ROOST’shigh standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Ideal candidates are detail - oriented, reliable, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, elevated service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, restock amenities, andmaintainin - room supplies
• Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and back - of - house spaces
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols
• Support laundry operations as needed
• Uphold a warm, professional, guest - focused demeanor at all times

Qualifications

• Previoushousekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
