- 2+yearsoffull-cyclerecruitingexperience;sourcing,screening,stakeholder alignment,interviewing,andclosingcandidates.
- Demonstratedsuccessinbuildingstrongtalentpipelinesthroughproactivesourcingandinnovativeoutreachstrategies.
- Abilitytomanagemultiplepriorities,deliveroncommitments,andstayhighlyorganizedinafast-paced environment.
- Excellentwrittenandinterpersonalcommunicationskills,withaprovenabilitytotakeinitiativeandbuildstrong,collaborative relationships.
- Bachelor’sdegreerequired.
