* About the role:

** Blackbaud is seeking an accomplished and visionary AI Enablement and Delivery Cyber Manager to lead a dedicated and matrixed group of Cyber Security resources in support of the Company’s strategic AI journey. This strategic role blends the responsibilities of a AI security solutions architect and AI security engineering manager to enable business goals, ensure secure delivery and acceleration through repeatable processes.

The successful candidate will drive secure AI solutions, adoption, ensure alignment with regulatory and security requirements, and serve as the Cyber AI subject matter expert across all cybersecurity domains. This position is pivotal in advancing cyber automation and building AI-driven solutions in support of the company’s security capabilities.

Serve as the company’s authority on AI security, providing guidance across the full spectrum of cybersecurity domains and leading knowledge-sharing initiatives. 10+ years of experience as anengineerwitha strong technical background managing systemsandinfrastructure5+ yearsof experience in a managerial or leadership rolemanagingcloudinfrastructure. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS Deep technical knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks. Proven experience in architecting and delivering AI or machine learning solutions, with a focus on security and compliance.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
** Preferred Skills
** Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cyber cloud infrastructure management. Experience managing global teams and working across multiple time zones. Strong project management and coordination skills. Proven success building and deploying Generative AI features
