scope of the project:
main task is to guide disparate departments to define and document requirements for multiple enterprise software products. Will contribute to expertise of a growing pmo to ensure project documentation is high quality. Will facilitate implementation per contract and management guidance.

daily duties / responsibilities:
gather requirements from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth
partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and it processes
evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior

required skills (rank in order of importance):
project management and/or business analysis
strong communications written and oral
strong organizational skills
technical documentation and facilitation skills

preferred skills (rank in order of importance):
proven software selection/adoption leadership
pmbok and/or babok understanding
itil certifications
k-12 experience
business process modeling

required education:
bachelor’s degree (technology or business analysis related)

preferred certifications (recognized and verifiable):
pmi or exin project management or
iiba business analysis or other
