Program

Summary:

K  maintains and manages Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion–Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) land site, overseeing all logistics and maintenance operations. The APS-3 Program, managed and executed at Goose Creek, supports the Army’s power projection doctrine and resources. The contract includes maintenance of APS‑3 stocks (Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, IX) to ensure unit sets are optimized for readiness, as well as additional maintenance services and logistical support for other Army programs under individual scope of work contract requirements.

Job Summary

K  is seeking an experienced Power Apps Platform Developer to work on‑site in Goose Creek, SC. The role develops, maintains, and optimizes our database systems, collaborating across K ’s department managers, section supervisors, and the U.S. Government customer. Proficiency in Power Apps, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Excel is required. This position reports to the Business Manager and is not remote.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and optimize software applications using Power Apps, Power

    BI, and Power Automate.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Design and maintain applications and SharePoint lists to streamline business processes.
  • Maintain and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Conduct data transfers using queries to ensure accurate and efficient integration.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets using Power Query for data analysis.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on databases, processes, and procedures using One Note.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Power Apps is required; certifications or past work experience may demonstrate proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power

    BI, Power Automate, and Excel is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of data management, database design, and data integrity principles.
  • Organized, team player, and skilled communicator capable of collaborating with teammates.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain local base access and a favorable Common Access Card (CAC).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Power Query and other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with business process automation and workflow design.
  • Knowledge of best practices for database security and performance optimization.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand, walk, and lift (up to 10 lbs) during short periods each day.
  • Work occasionally outside and in non‑climate‑controlled environments.
