Senior IT Support Analyst – Integration focused on managing and supporting custom API solutions, API platform management, and integration across the organization. Requires technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and adaptability to fast‑paced environments.
Responsibilities- Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues related to Mule Soft integrations, including diagnosing and troubleshooting system errors and performance issues.
- Work closely with developers to understand root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Manage integrations with other systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Provide expert support to end‑users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges promptly.
- Lead initiatives to monitor and improve reliability, stability, and performance of systems with focus on end‑user experience and availability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency.
- Respond to major incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and remediate outages with interim or permanent fixes.
- Improve monitoring/alerting to proactively catch known issues.
- Manage day‑to‑day incidents, conduct daily health checks, and provide resolution follow‑ups.
- Escalate problems to appropriate teams as necessary.
- Assist with deployments and oversee the move‑over process to minimize disruption.
- 10+ years experience with Mule Soft.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, SSO, LDAP, Salesforce integration, and retail eCommerce environments.
- Proficiency in Dynatrace and Splunk for system health monitoring and incident analysis.
- Familiarity with Python for automation and support tasks.
- Experience in Dev Ops and email security (if applicable).
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
