• Deliver realistic OPFOR performance in accordance with CQC scenario objectives.
• Perform assigned armed or unarmed-play positions during training evolutions.
• Strictly adhere to scenario parameters and training safety protocols.
• Refrain from direct engagement, questioning, or conversation with mission personnel outside of active role-play scenarios.
• Follow all instructions provided by Scenario Managers (SMs) and Assistant Scenario Managers (ASMs).

• Ability to take direction and execute specific scenario instructions from SMs and ASMs.
• Ability to effectively communicate and understand instructions in English to avoid safety miscommunications.
• Basic knowledge and proficiency in small arms handling and simulated firing safety.
• Physically capable of:
  Climbing up to ten (10) flights of stairs, running and repeatedly laying down and taking cover as required during scenarios.
