Iron Arch Technology is seeking a PC Technician to join our Charleston, SC team. The Help Desk Specialist will provide Tier 2 support for PC hardware, peripherals, and software to support the Army Corps of Engineers RITS program, serving ~37,000 USACE users across CONUS and OCONUS.
Required are an AA/AS degree (or equivalent), 4+ years of related experience, DoD 8570 IA Level I certification, and ability to obtain DoD 8570 within 6 months.
