Associate Attorney – Commercial Professional Liability
The Charleston office of Copeland, Stair, Valz & Lovell is seeking an associate attorney to join its commercial professional liability team. This work includes representing professionals in the areas of D&O, real estate, and legal malpractice. It requires astute attention to detail and high-quality written communication.
Prior experience with depositions, dispositive motion drafting, and trial is preferred but not required. This is a hybrid role that allows flexibility between in‑office and work‑from‑home days. A current South Carolina bar license is required.
