$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Law firm in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense and be capable of managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

• Review, organize, and manage litigation documents and case files.
• Prepare and maintain discovery responses, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including trial preparation.
• Maintain and track case deadlines and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
• Support the team with research, document production, and trial exhibits.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a litigation paralegal with an insurance defense law firm is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of the litigation process from inception through trial.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
