Your mission

• (Further) development of turnaround and optimization strategies based on Lean Management principles along the entire value chain, e.g., in areas such as supply chain networks, plant structure planning, and global footprint
• Pragmatic and swift implementation while ensuring that the chosen concepts and approaches meet industry best practices and sustainably contribute to cost reduction, productivity, and quality improvement
• Leading leaders by conducting on-site process and value stream analyses with specialists and managers, including exemplary Quick Kaizen implementation workshops
• Establishment of a leadership culture within portfolio companies through targeted use of coaching methods within the framework of daily shopfloor management
• Implementation of measures to better integrate production processes and optimize communication structures in the spirit of continuous improvement, while enhancing the organization’s structured problem-solving capabilities

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, technical business administration, or a related field
• Around 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a consulting firm and/or a leading industrial company, with a focus on developing and implementing OpEx projects
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Management methods and experience with Six Sigma, process cost accounting, process performance management, and target costing
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong implementation drive and hands‑on attitude
• Strong analytical skills paired with a pragmatic, independent working style and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Leadership qualities and a high degree of initiative
• Embraces a culture of openness and enjoys working in high-performance teams
• Affinity for IT and Industry 4.0
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in Spanish
• Willingness to travel to the respective portfolio companies
