• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and labor utilization to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and inventory turnover
• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness
• Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, staffing, and performance metrics
• Other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong experience in a warehouse environment
• Prior supervisory or management experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft office and warehouse software (WMS/ERP)
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and logistics processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Physical Demands:
  Constant sitting, walking short distances, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching above and/or below shoulder, handling/grasping documents or office equipment, clear speaking and adequate hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and respond appropriately in-person and/or on the telephone, vision sufficient to read source materials and computer screen data, repetitive motions for computer equipment use, lift 50 lbs. occasionally, 5-10 lbs. frequently to lift/carry/move objects, files and documents.

Work is performed in a tempered and non-tempered environment with bright lights.
