Workflow Management:
- Schedule and prioritize work assignments to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with department heads and project managers to allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
- Facilitate productive discussions to resolve scheduling conflicts and address client needs.
- Continuously evaluate workflow processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to streamline workflow efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
- Proactively address issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize idle time.
- Collaborate with department leads to identify resource gaps and address staffing needs.
- Maintain a balanced workload across teams to optimize efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
- Support capacity planning across agency teams to help ensure work is evenly distributed and deadlines are met.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by ensuring clear communication and meeting project deadlines.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify opportunities to exceed client expectations and enhance satisfaction levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, with experience in Workamajig preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Apps for Business
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
