- Ensure timely movement of materials between storage, production, and staging areas to support efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking through system updates and real‑time monitoring of work‑in‑process.
- Collaborate closely with team members and escalate material discrepancies to help minimize disruptions.
- Follow standard work procedures and safety protocols while working with attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Team‑first attitude and willingness to support others to meet shared goals.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift and complete training on 1st shift for up to 90 days.
- 1+ year of experience in inventory, material handling, or logistics support.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
