OPPORTUNITYAs Content Strategist / Senior Copywriter within Sunny’s Brand, Creative & Content team, you’ll shape the voice that connects millions of consumers to their health and financial well‑being. You’ll be responsible for developing campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, and copy that reflect Sunny’s values—human, trustworthy, and inspiring.
You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers, and digital channel owners to create cohesive storytelling across every touchpoint—from acquisition campaigns to in‑product experiences. The role requires equal parts creativity, clarity, and commercial acumen: every word should educate, engage, and drive action.
Creative Development and Storytelling- Craft clear, compelling copy for campaigns, websites, emails, and social platforms that align with Sunny’s mission and voice.
- Lead the creation of messaging frameworks, content guidelines, and editorial calendars to drive consistency and scalability.
- Translate complex topics (health benefits, fintech, rewards) into accessible, emotionally resonant narratives that inspire consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with ISR to ensure every creative idea ties back to audience insight and behavioral drivers.
- Work closely with strategists, designers, and program managers to ensure content consistency, alignment, and brand fidelity across all channels.
- Partner with Experience Operations to integrate content with automation and personalization frameworks, leveraging engagement analytics to test and refine messaging.
- Support BCC leadership in building scalable content systems that enable rapid campaign development and iteration.
- Participate in creative reviews and cross‑department workshops to evolve Sunny’s brand voice and content strategy.
- Contribute to A/B testing, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of campaign content.
