Blackbaud is looking for a strategic and results‑oriented Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead our growth marketing efforts for the fund accounting market. You will design innovative programs that improve the customer acquisition experience, taking a holistic approach that looks beyond traditional campaigns to uncover new growth opportunities. Your expertise in market‑trend and customer‑insight analysis will be critical as you develop and execute strategies that generate qualified pipeline, revenue, and a seamless user journey.
What You Will Do:- Strategize, Plan, and Execute Growth Programs:
Develop and execute strategic growth programs that generate qualified pipeline using an integrated marketing approach that includes emailmasının webinars, paid media, social media, and AI‑driven channels. - Innovate and Experiment:
Find new levers for growth and use a data‑driven approach to continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns for improved performance, leveraging tools such as Adobe Analytics and Qlik. - Qualified Pipeline and Revenue Generation:

- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record puerto creating and executing campaigns that deliver pipeline growth.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales pipeline and revenue through effective marketing strategies.
- Experience operating in a cross‑functional, pod‑like team structure, collaborating with marketing, executive, sales, and product stakeholders.
- Obsession with understanding customer psychology and translating insights into actionable strategies that move prospects through the buying funnel.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data‑analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics and Qlik, along with Excel.
- Success in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests that deliver measurable improvements within a sales cycle.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on ROI, excited by aggressive goals, and experienced in solving tough, previously unsolved challenges related to accelerating the sales cycle across segments.
