• The Nurse Manager will lead a dedicated team of ~50 FTE's across Labor and Delivery and Antepartum
• Reports to the Director of Women's Services
• Well supported by a team of experienced Charge RN's

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day to day operations of a busy and growing department that performs over 2500 annual deliveries.

Our ideal candidate will be an inspirational, servant leader with a strong level of clinical labor and delivery knowledge who can promote an atmosphere of trust and safety, utilize evidence based practice, and identify best practices that ensure the highest quality of care is provided to the community's newest moms, babies and families.

• BSN required / Master's preferred
• RN Active License
• Must have at least three (3) years of general Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership style
• Able to foster positive relationships across all levels
