Job Description:

The Main OR Nurse Manager reports to the Director of Surgical Services. The Main OR consists of 22 Operating rooms - Ortho, Neuro, Otolaryngology, Plastics, Oral Surgery, Peds, Peds CT, GU, GYN, Trauma (Level
1), Transplant (liver & kidney).

Registered Nurse to function as our Main Operating Room Nurse Manager. Multiple Nurse Manager positions available including Pediatric Oncology, Pediatric Cardiology, PCICU, PICU, and Operating Room. Please inquire with your resume and we'll find your best fit.

BSN. Master’s degree in Nursing or related field, or DNP preferred. If BSN only, must be currently enrolled in a Master’s program with scheduled completion within 3 years. Minimum of 5 years of Operating Room registered nurse experience, 3 of which must be in a supervisory / management capacity. Current South Carolina licensure or licensure in a compact state as a registered nurse.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider. Must have current Tdap vaccination or able to receive Tdap in employee health services as a condition of employment.
