Your Impact as a Receptionist- Serve as the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients with positivity, reflecting compassionate care.
- Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to run the hospital smoothly.
- Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
- Embody Compassion and Empathy: create a calming presence, demonstrate empathy and respect, treat each pet like your own.
- A passion for excellent customer service and love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills to manage stressful situations with judgment and positivity.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- A collaborative, team‑first mindset; able to work independently and with direction.
- Veterinary software experience (preferred). Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required.
