Veterinary Dentist and Oral Surgeon

Charleston Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC) in Charleston, South Carolina is seeking a Dentist to join our expanding team.

CVRC was built as a 16,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in 2011. We are embarking on an expansion to 32,000 square feet in the next year. We have a full in-house lab, digital radiography, multiple ultrasound and echo machines, CT, MRI, EMG, fluoroscopy, in-house blood bank, and rehabilitation service. The ICU is equipped to provide the highest level of care, including mechanical ventilation.

We have a full endoscopy suite with flexible and rigid scopes, a Stryker 1188 system for minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, arthroscopy), and afullyfunctional Cath lab.

CVRC is singularly committed to, and focused on, delivering exceptional patient care and an exceptional client experience. We have full-time, board-certified specialists in the disciplines of Emergency and Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Cardiology, Oncology, and Rehabilitation.

We have a team of 10 emergency clinicians, all internship trained. We have a strong belief in a team-based approach to medicine. Our specialists and emergency doctors work very closely together, with the emergency service supported 24/7/365 by our specialists, ensuring the best care from the time of admission to CVRC.Our technical staff is highly skilled, including several VTS-certified personnel in ECC and Anesthesia.

We're also excited to have a technician sitting for the VTS Dentistry boards this summer, which will be a significant addition to the new service. We foster close collaboration between Dentistry and our other specialties, including Anesthesia, Cardiology, Oncology, and more. Our commitment to patient care and client service is unmatched. In 2013,we were certified as a VECCS Level 1 facility, and CVRC remains the only VECCS Level 1 facility in South Carolina.
