- Serve as both Quality Control Manager and SSHO on civil/utility construction projects.
- Implement and manage the QC Plan in accordance with the USACE Three-Phase Control System (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up phases).
- Ensure compliance with all project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards.
- Conduct inspections and testing of work to verify compliance.
- Maintain all quality control documentation, reports, and records.
- Develop, enforce, and maintain site safety and health plans in compliance with OSHA and USACE EM 385-1-1.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, meetings, and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all QC and Safety matters with the client, subcontractors, and government representatives.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in utility construction.
- Valid Quality Control Certification.
- Completion of 30-Hour OSHA SSHO Training.
- Strong knowledge of utility installation, grading, concrete, and civil sitework.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
