Responsibilities
  • Connect with qualified property owners to uncover and secure new listing opportunities.
  • Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and team members to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with support staff to manage smooth, efficient transactions from contract to closing.
  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively track, organize, and optimize your sales pipeline.
  • Deliver outstanding, tailored service throughout every step of the client experience.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to delivering effective solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and marketing technologies, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experienced in building relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent phone communication abilities, with proven success in scheduling and closing appointments.
  • Possesses a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable local transportation.
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills aimed at achieving successful client outcomes.
  • Must currently hold (or be willing to obtain) an active South Carolina Real Estate License prior to joining the team.
