Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time Available | Evening Shifts (4PM–10PM)

Located in the heart of the Vista, we pride ourselves on serving the freshest oysters and raw bar selections in town. As part of the Homegrown Hospitality Group, we’re more than just a restaurant — we’re a team that values excellence, consistency, and community.

We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Oyster Shucker to join our raw bar team. This role is perfect for someone who knows their oysters, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering top-tier seafood with precision and flair.

• Shuck oysters quickly, safely, and consistently to order
• Maintain raw bar cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Ensure freshness and quality of all oysters and raw bar items
• Communicate oyster varieties and flavor profiles to guests
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold Pearlz standards of hospitality and presentation

• Minimum 1 year of oyster shucking experience in a high-volume setting
• Strong knowledge of oyster types, regions, and seasonal availability
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Passion for seafood and guest service
