As an licensed insurance sales agent, you will be assigned an established book of business that provides prospecting opportunities for new sales and immediate income through a collections commission for premiums collected each month. The pay‑for‑performance model allows you to determine your own income; as your book of business expands, your earning potential grows.

Responsibilities:
- Collect premiums and conduct sales of new policies with existing and prospective customers.
- Perform frequent personal home visits to maintain customer relationships and collect premiums.
- Utilize autonomy to manage visit schedule and premium collection timetable.
- Drive community outreach and serve the underserved populations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed insurance agent in South Carolina.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prospect and manage a book of business.
