As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Case Status, you’ll be on the front lines driving growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential law firm customers. You’ll connect with attorneys, firm administrators, and operations leaders to uncover their pain points and introduce how Case Status can simplify their client communications and transform their business. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Leadership to build pipeline and execute targeted outreach strategies.

- Generate a qualified pipeline that progresses through the sales funnel, helping to generate revenue.
- Develop, prepare and train new quota‑carrying Account Executives for Case Status.
- Identify key decision makers and/or key influencers.
- Understand the impact our software platform has on our legal customers and prospects.
- Articulate to prospects how our platform can help their organizations grow their revenue and become more efficient.
- Work with teammates, strategize, and plan out creative methods to generate more business.
- Discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests, attending conferences, establishing partnerships and targeting outbound prospects through Zoom Info and Outreach to build rapport and establish long‑term relationships.
- Work with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate new prospect accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
- Work closely with our Marketing team to execute personalized outreach campaigns.
- Attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to develop your skills.
- 6+ months of experience with sales and SaaS B2B software preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Self‑disciplined, accountable, and reliable.
Case Status is based in Daniel Island, Charleston, SC. The candidate must be local and on‑site.
