Sales Focus, Inc., a global leader in Sales Outsourcing, is currently seeking dynamic and self‑motivated SDRs to join our highly successful inside sales team. For the past 25 years we have helped small and large companies grow their business by increasing revenue with our S.O.L.D.TM process. You will be part of a team dedicated to developing new business and establishing long‑lasting relationships.
We currently have opportunities across multiple industries and are looking for an experienced sales representative who can take the warm leads provided and close the deal.

Earnings Potential: $60k – $100k
Full‑time position with competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and full benefits. We are committed to ensuring a supportive and comfortable work environment that meets the needs of our team.
Job Responsibilities- Perform all phases of the sales cycle: get past the gatekeeper, identify decision‑makers, qualify opportunities, overcome objections, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Demonstrate persuasive communication skills and a consultative sales style in a high outbound call volume environment.
- Experience with B2B sales and cold calling.
- Comfortable conducting virtual product demonstrations.
- Experience working under quota pressure and selling the value of our client’s services to executive decision‑makers.
- Ability to multitask and manage concurrent selling situations.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ambitious, outgoing, self‑motivated, positive, organized, a good listener, strategic thinker, and persuasive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Introductory and ongoing training provided.
