Sales Focus, Inc., a global leader in Sales Outsourcing, is currently seeking dynamic and self‑motivated Closers to join our highly successful inside sales team. For the past 25 years, Sales Focus has helped small and large companies grow their business, increasing revenue with our S.O.L.D.TM process by hiring dedicated sales representatives for our clients. You will be part of a team dedicated to developing new business and establishing long‑lasting relationships across multiple industries.
This is a full‑time position with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, along with full benefits. We are committed to creating a comfortable work environment and corporate culture that meets the needs of our team.
Earnings potential: 60k ‒ 100k
Job Responsibilities- You will be responsible for performing all phases of the sales cycle: getting past the gatekeeper, identifying decision‑makers, qualifying opportunities, overcoming objections, preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
- You will demonstrate persuasive communication skills and a consultative sales style in a high outbound call volume environment.
- B2B sales experience
- Cold calling
- Comfortable conducting virtual product demonstrations
- Experience working under quota pressure and adapting to sell the value of our client’s services to executive decision‑makers.
- Ability to multitask and manage concurrent selling situations.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ambitious, outgoing, self‑motivated, positive, organized, a good listener, strategic thinker, and persuasive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Introductory and ongoing training provided.
