Pure Fishing is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Fly to lead a dispersed team of independent sales reps across the U.S. and Canada. You will drive sales growth, analyze territory performance, and partner with Supply Chain for forecasts and inventory planning.
The role requires fly-fishing expertise, strong leadership, and excellent communication to build dealer relationships, run launches, and support trade shows and events. Travel is expected.
