Operations Manager

Sales Focus Inc. (SFI) is a national sales outsourcing company with over 28 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams. We specialize in outsourced B2B and B2C sales, field sales, inside sales, and business development programs across multiple industries.

Sales Focus Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, sales performance, staffing, and client relationships across multiple sales programs.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with experience in sales operations, team management, and performance improvement. This position requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple teams while ensuring operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability.

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple field sales and inside sales programs.
• Manage and support Program Managers, Team Leads, and sales personnel to achieve established performance goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales production, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
• Identify underperforming programs and implement corrective action plans to improve results.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to coordinate hiring, onboarding, employee retention, and workforce planning.
• Oversee new program launches, training coordination, and operational readiness.
• Analyze sales reports, productivity metrics, and financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, sales operations, or sales leadership.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams or multiple business units.
• Proven ability to manage sales performance, employee productivity, and operational processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing KPIs, sales metrics, and operational reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Sales outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), or multi-client operations.
• B2B/B2C sales, outside sales, door-to-door sales, or inside sales management.
• Client relationship management, workforce planning, and program profitability.
