What You'll Do

• Install a variety of tile (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone) with precision and care
• Read and execute layouts, make precise cuts, and ensure a high-end finish
• Use Schluter waterproofing systems and follow best practices for prep and install
• Assist with jobsite prep and demolition when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Collaborate with our Project Manager and Lead Carpenter to stay on schedule
• Use Job Tread app to track time, upload photos, and communicate progress

What You Bring

• 2+ years of tile setting experience, preferably in bathroom remodels
• Strong knowledge of Schluter systems and installation best practices
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to assist with light remodeling tasks (drywall, prep, etc.)
• Professional appearance, customer-first attitude, and jobsite etiquette
• Comfort using apps for project communication (Job Tread or similar)
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a collaborative team
