Our experienced HVAC Service Technicians serve customers throughout the Charleston metro area. We’re looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. If you want to be part of a growing culture that offers lucrative earning potential, this is the place for you!

• Technicians average annual earnings of $85,000–175,000.
• Health (with a fully company‑paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance.
• 2 weeks PTO.
• 6 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday in your birthday month.
• Company vehicle and gas card.
• Company‑paid cell phone and tablet.

• Servicing customer homes within the Charleston metro area.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause.
• Working alongside and coaching HVAC Service Apprentices.

• Disassemble and clean HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on residential furnaces and A/C units.
• Certify HVAC systems according to company policy, state, and local laws.

• 1 year of HVAC experience (commercial or residential).
• Willingness to undergo background and pre‑employment checks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM, rotating on‑call shifts.
