Plumbing Construction Field Manager

As a Field Plumbing Lead for high-density residential developments, you will drive the successful execution of large-scale mechanical and plumbing systems. You will utilize your expertise in complex piping infrastructure to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety across multi-story builds.

• Direct daily field activities for large-scale, vertically stacked residential and hospitality plumbing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise and mentor subcontractor teams to maximize onsite productivity and adherence to project timelines.
• Guarantee that all plumbing installations strictly comply with engineering specifications, local building codes, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee onsite material logistics to facilitate seamless workflow and minimize project downtime.
• Facilitate inspections and serve as the primary point of contact for local jurisdictional authorities.
• Validate plumbing layouts and system installations from the initial underground phase through to final trim-out.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly progress documentation to keep stakeholders informed.
• Cultivate a culture of safety, organization, and professional excellence on the jobsite.

• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems specifically for multi-story, stacked residential or hospitality structures.
• 5+ years of experience managing plumbing construction on large-scale, high-density projects (200+ units).
• Proven ability to interpret complex construction blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team coordination and deadline management.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to handle multiple project priorities.

• Proficiency in digital construction tools such as Bluebeam and Hilti Total Station.
• Current OSHA 30 certification.
• Active state plumbing licensure.
