Hires, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support multiple multifamily properties in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on make-ready work, preventive maintenance, and responsive resident service, with a rotating after-hours schedule.
You’ll diagnose plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues, perform drywall and paint touch-ups, and maintain safety and cleanliness across sites. A valid driver’s license and basic hand tools are required, EPA 608 is a plus.
