Lead Residential Electrician
Charleston, SC | Full-Time | $30-$36+ per hour

Take the lead on quality residential electrical work across Charleston, Johns Island, and James Island. We’re looking for an experienced electrician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and can help a crew stay safe, organized, and on schedule.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support a crew of electricians and apprentices on residential projects
• Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades
• Read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and project specifications
• Make sure work meets NEC requirements and local codes
• Assign daily tasks and help keep projects on schedule
• Train and mentor newer team members
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Communicate with homeowners, coworkers, and management

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of residential electrical experience
• Previous experience leading or supervising an electrical crew
• Strong knowledge of residential wiring, panels, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently while leading a crew
