Supply Chain Specialist Position Overview
The Supply Specialist is a key member of the Materials Management team, responsible for supporting clinical operations through effective materials handling, distribution, and logistics. This role involves determining replenishment needs, tracking shipments, and documenting the receipt and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
Shifts:
- 3:00am-11:30am
- 5:00am-1:30pm
- 12:00pm - 8:30pm
- Starting Pay: $16/hour
- Increases: $1–$3 raise after 3–6 months, yearly raises

- Determine replenishment requirements for medical supplies
- Locate, select, and document the issue of supplies
- Receive and distribute supplies and equipment
- Perform inventory management and material handling
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks with accurate recordkeeping
- Use SAP for logistics and warehouse inventory tracking
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with recordkeeping, shipping/receiving, and inventory control
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Logistics experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with RF scanners and scan guns
- Comfortable using SAP and email systems
- Work for the largest employer in South Carolina
- Team-oriented environment with clear paths for promotion

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charleston, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
