• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to create standardized workflows across the organization
• Define requirements and implement best‑in‑class business processes and data standards
• Document processes and procedures for training and reference purposes
• Configure agency management systems and design reporting outputs
• Lead training efforts for cross‑functional teams on new processes

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to improve processes and workflows using best practices
• Team player with strong collaboration skills

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and suggest process improvements
