Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Field Superintendent based in the Washington DC‑Baltimore Area. The Field Superintendent will oversee and manage field operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members and subcontractors, maintaining work schedules, ensuring high‑quality standards, solving on‑site issues, conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and reporting project updates to management.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in project management, time management, and scheduling
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise on‑site teams
  • In‑depth understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to address on‑site challenges effectively
  • Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, or construction management is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the Washington DC‑Baltimore Area
