Burgess & Niple is looking for a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to assist in its growing business in Parkersburg, West Virginia.

• Lead the planning and design of municipal projects
• Typical projects may include water system improvements; sanitary sewer system improvements; and/or roadway improvements
• Create and develop scopes of work and budgets for projects
• Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience. Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk
• Provide mentoring, training, and coaching for the engineering team
• Ideal candidate will be located in the North Parkersburg, WV geography and attached to our Parkersburg office

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent from an ABET‑accredited engineering program
• 7+ years of experience of civil engineering project experience
• Strong project management skills
