We are looking for a CADD Designer with experience and enthusiasm to join our Charleston, WV Water Resources team. As a member of the team, you will drive profitability, work on a variety of projects, and collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals. If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and approach tasks with a can-do attitude, we'd like to hear from you.

• Create technical drawings and plans for water/wastewater systems, storm water/sewer systems, and various treatment plants
• Lead design projects inclusive of public water and sewer design
• Collaborate with engineers to design optimal plans for clients
• Participate as an active member of the QA/QC team, providing feedback as needed
• Operate independently within a deadline-driven industry

• Education: AS in drafting or a related field required
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a CADD Designer desired
• Software: Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D required
• Work Style: Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
