Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in concentration of Criminal Justice, Business or Finance required
- Minimum five (5) years of BSA experience, law enforcement, or regulators experience required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience completing SARs and No SARs required
- Previous bank teller experience and understanding of customer banking transactions a plus.
- CAMS Certification required, or the ability to earn the certification within one (1) year in the position.
- Knowledge of BSA, OFAC, SARs. CIP, 314a, CDD, PEPs are required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical problem solving and organization skills
- Ability to perform simple/complex mathematical calculations
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with others and be a team player;
- Demonstrated excellence in time management, multi-tasking and being detail oriented.

Essential Functions:
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
