Talkiatry is building a modern outpatient psychiatric practice using technology and a human‑centered approach. We are hiring Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our team in West Virginia and help expand behavioral health care across the country.

• Minimum of 60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes on follow‑up visits. Our model incorporates supportive therapy and medication management.
• Strong in‑house referral network that shares clinical information seamlessly through our EMR.

• Board Certified by the ANCC as a PMHNP.
• Minimum 4 years post‑grad experience practicing as a PMHNP; telehealth experience is a plus. Prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavioral health is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active and unrestricted license and DEA number; we can assist in obtaining licensure as needed.
• Licensure in markets where we have active needs or the ability to obtain autonomous licensure is prioritized.

• Experience administering initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, medication management, psychoeducation/supportive therapy.
• Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record system and ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date records.
• Passion for high‑quality care and prioritizing best practices in virtual telepsychiatry.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Willingness to expand clinical skill set through continuous education and commitment to evidence‑based practice.
• Proactive approach with strong work ethic and desire to participate in a collaborative environment.
• Commitment to high‑quality, cost‑effective behavioral health care.
• Only experienced, board‑certified PMHNPs are considered at this time.
