Overview

SAP - TM - Senior - Consulting - Location OPEN. EY is looking for a Senior Technology Analyst to bridge business needs and SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions within EY’s SAP practice. This role is part of EY’s Technology Consulting sub-service line, supporting clients to unlock business value through integrated technology platforms.

Anywhere in Country

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and understand client needs.
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements; verify that solutions meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities with strong business acumen; assimilate new knowledge as needed.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Typically 2 - 4 years of experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships; capability for critical thinking and complex problem solving.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 40-60% at times).

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to liaison with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions; capable of configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.
• SAP certification(s).
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module.
• Experience in project management and tracking deliverable completion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
